Chocolatesmith has everything you want, like chocolate barks, chocolate-dipped apricots, and chocolate caramels, but so much more, including green chili pistachio bark with cranberries or white chocolate lemon lavender bark. Even the names are whimsical, for instance, Don Juan pecan, Pecos peanut butter bars, and Mucho Ancho petite pate. And just for fun, you can get chocolates that look like chilies or cactus and Day of the Dead chocolates.
