We came across these guys with their horses on Saturday. We were
going into Starbucks, and they had come up from the trails along the
bosque and stopped at Subway for a late lunch.
Of course we had to go over and talk to them after taking their picture, and I asked them if this was legal horse parking or if they could be like motorcycles and park more than one per space. One horse per space.
They obviously knew the regs about horses and told us that it's legal to ride a horse anywhere in New Mexico. I'm not sure there are many states where they can say that.
